Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return or exchange. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and all item(s) must be in original condition and unused. All returned items are subject to inspection prior to processing. Return and exchange shipping (for different colors or sizes) is complimentary within the US. For international orders we do not provide complimentary return shipping but are happy to accept returns shipped back at your own expense with a trackable service.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, no need to worry, we’ll make sure you are taken care of. If this happens, please contact us at email@example.com with a photo showing the poor quality print or the damaged area of the item along with the order number and we will send you a replacement right away.
Once an order is fulfilled & collected by USPS, it is out of our control. If the package appears as delivered, but you did not in fact receive the items, please file a claim with your local post office. The results of your claim will determine the results of your order.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
