Shipping Policy

Processing Time
We usually process and ship orders within 1–3 business days (not counting weekends or holidays).

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are based on where it’s going and how much it weighs. You’ll see the final cost at checkout.

Delivery Time
Timing depends on the shipping option you choose and where you’re located.

Tracking Info
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can keep an eye on it.

International Orders
We do ship to select countries! Keep in mind that delivery times can vary depending on customs. You might be charged import taxes or duties—those are set by your country and not included in our prices.

Shipping Address
Make sure your address is entered correctly—we can’t take responsibility for orders shipped to the wrong address.

Delays
Sometimes things happen (bad weather, carrier issues, etc.) that might delay your order. We appreciate your patience if that happens.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t get it, you’ll need to reach out to the carrier to file a claim. Unfortunately, we can’t replace or refund packages once they’re marked as delivered.

Need to change or cancel your order?
Let us know ASAP! Once your order is processed and shipped, we can’t make changes or cancel it.
