When will my order ship?

Most of our stuff is made to order, so give us 3–5 business days to get everything processed and packed up. As soon as it ships, we’ll email you tracking info.

How do I return or exchange something?

No worries—just shoot us an email at orders@middleclassfancy.com within 30 days of getting your order. Include your order number and we’ll help you out.

I got the wrong item or it showed up damaged.

Ugh, sorry about that! Email us at orders@middleclassfancy.com with your order number and a quick pic of the item, and we’ll get the right one sent your way ASAP.

What are the shirts made of?

Check the product page for the full breakdown, but most of our tees are 100% combed ring-spun cotton and unisex fit. Sweaters are usually 80% cotton, 20% polyester. Cozy stuff.

My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t get it.

Double check that your shipping info is correct—especially if there’s an apartment or unit number. If it all looks good, email us at orders@middleclassfancy.com with your full address and order number and we’ll look into it.
